London Comic Con, the largest fan event of in SW Ontario! We have a fan first attitude in regards to the organization and presentation of our event. This guarantees both attendees and exhibitors get the most bang for their buck while having a most enjoyable weekend.

And our approach is working, as in just 4 years have continually grown our attendance to over 13,000 people for our annual event in 2017.

Some changes are coming for 2018 that are sure to please.

– Our dates have changed.  We will now be Oct. 26, 27 & 28 for 2018.

-We are moving into a new larger venue which provides more floor space as well as upgraded fixtures, larger concession area,  high 16′ ceilings, improved wifi and lighting.  And the new venue had a state of the art HVAC system installed in 2012 😉  The venue still remains at the Western Fair District and is located directly across the street from our previous venue.

-We are rebranding and doing upgrades to our website and ticketing service to help us bring in our 5th annual event with a bang!


And as always London Comic Con makes joining the action an easy decision.

– Affordable booth rates, still the same price since 2015!

– Move-in made easy! Drive directly to your booth location to unload and to pack up.

– 3 garage doors entrances for vendor to utilize for easy access into venue

– 2 Transport trailer load levelling docks available

– Free parking at venue. NEW Secured parking area for vendors directly behind the venue.

– Wider aisle ways than most other conventions as large as us.

– 2 vendor working passes included per 10’x10′ booth & Additional working passes are still 50% of the cost regular pass.

– London offers affordable hotel accommodations.  Stay tuned for special rates available for vendors.

Artist Alley is a showcase for artists and creatives of all styles and mediums to show off their talent and sell their wares. From prints to commissioned work, from buttons to books and cross-stitch to knitting London Comic Con’s Artist Alley is open to anyone who creates unique hand crafted art.  If you want to be considered for a space in Artist Alley please read the complete guidelines below and return the application form available below for download.



Some conditions apply to be part of our Artist Alley, please read below

Acceptable items for sale in the Artist alley

  • Any product featuring the artists own original characters, artwork, or intellectual property, this includes commercially produced items like books, bags, pins as long as the artist is the copyright holder of the material
  • Commissioned or hand drawn or digital works made at the event or before provided they do not violate any other rule
  • Commissions in general
  • Unique, individual, handmade items
  • Fan art that is clearly the work of the artist and not the original licence holder
  • Hand made crafts, plushies, hats, scarfs, and/or other 3d creations that are handmade by the artist (not mass produced)
  • Props that are clearly made by the artist, rather than that of a licensed nature

Items prohibited for sale in the Artist Alley

  • Any item with “traced” official art, ‘photoshopped’ official art, or trade-marked symbols, or logos.
  • Craft items with ‘official art’ as more than 50% of the item
  • Bootleg or commercially-produced official products
  • 2nd or 3rd party art sales are not permitted; artists must sell their own artwork and be present at the convention.
  • No regular, commercial or home made food, snacks, or beverages may be sold. Artists may use individually wrapped candy or confections as give aways.
  • Props that are replicas of existing licensed merchandise
  • Used or new commercially available or licensed items.

General Rules

About your Artist Alley Table

  • 8′ table with one chair. You must skirt your table with linen or banner because bare tables are ugly and we want you to look good.
  • For security reasons and for courtesy to the people around you, no more than 2 people may be behind a table at any given time. Anyone behind the table must have a valid London Comic Con pass visible at all times.
  • You receive one weekend pass with your table, you can purchase up to 1 other weekend pass at a discounted rate should you need assistance in manning your table for the entire weekend.
  • Artists must man their tables during all show hours. If an artist fails to check in by 1:45pm on Friday without special arrangement or contact with the artist alley coordinator, their table may be forfeit without refund. If an artist fails to arrive and set up OR leaves prior to the close of their alley, their table may be forfeit to another artist, and they may be denied acceptance to future events. Empty tables are bad for everyone. Please make appropriate arrangements to man your table if you are applying for one.
  • Display structures must be of sound construction. If a display structure appears to be unstable (ie: it falls down, blows over, or causes injury) you may be asked to take it down for safety reasons. All displays must remain within the area of your table and may not obstruct other artist tables or aisles.
  • Keep your area clean of garbage and clean for the kiddies, no perverse or foul material can be displayed or you may be removed from the show without a refund.
